Design. Print. Blast off!
We offer two sessions of this camp in an English-Czech format. The primary language of these day camps is English. Communication, the program, and games run mainly in English. At the same time, a Czech-speaking instructor is always present at the camp to help the kids out whenever they need it.

Practical Information
- Transport and Accessibility
If you are coming by bus, the nearest stop is U Památníku on Husitská Street.
- Catering
We know that recharging energy during the day is crucial. That’s why we provide two snacks a day. A warm lunch is available for an additional fee; alternatively, children can bring their own lunch from home, which we can easily reheat for them.
And don’t worry—we are experienced with various dietary restrictions. Gluten-free or lactose-free diets are no problem. If your child requires a special diet, we can arrange that as well.
- What to Bring
There are no special requirements for the camp. Just think of the usual things kids need in the summer: mainly a hat/cap, a water bottle, indoor shoes, and something warmer in case of cooler weather. We will, of course, send you a complete list in a timely information email before the camp starts.
- Schedule
The program for children runs daily according to the specific session schedule (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM). You can drop off your children starting at 8:30 AM, and pickup is available until 4:30 PM. If you agree to let an older child leave on their own, they may head home independently once the program ends.
- Health and Accessibility
Most of our locations are wheelchair accessible. The exception is the Černý Most / Plechárna location, where access is via stairs and full wheelchair access is unfortunately not available. However, accessibility can vary based on your child’s specific needs. Everything is a matter of communication—please don’t hesitate to contact or call us, and we can look into the best solution together.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Food and Energy for Making
How many times a day will the kids eat, and what kind of goodies await them? The brains of future inventors need high-quality fuel. We provide a morning snack, an afternoon snack, and a lunch break. We make sure that fresh fruit or vegetables are on the table at least once a day. We will be happy to share the specific menu with you as soon as it is put together.
Can we pack our kids their own food? Of course. If your child has specific tastes or dietary restrictions, you can prepare their own snacks. We always offer a choice of two options so that even those with food intolerances can pick something they like. We have a fridge on-site where kids can store their supplies, as well as a microwave.
How does the lunch break work? Do the kids have time to eat? A proper lunch break and time to catch a breath is literally sacred time to us—it’s hard to create without energy. Our goal is to make sure everyone feels good, whether they are big eaters or have special dietary needs.
What are our lunch options? You have two options, and it’s entirely up to you which one you choose:
- Lunch from us (for an additional fee): If you want one less thing to worry about in the morning, you can purchase a warm lunch for your child directly from us. Plus, in selected locations, we give kids the chance to choose what they are in the mood for. As soon as we have the menu from our suppliers, we will share it with you. We will automatically email you the option to add lunches after the camp payment is processed.
- A lunchbox from home: If you prefer home-cooked meals, pack a lunch for your child. We will gladly heat it up in the microwave during the break. We just ask for one important thing: please send the food in a microwavable container they can eat directly from, and don’t forget to include cutlery. We do not have plates at our facilities to serve the food on.
- Venue and Facilities
Can we drop off our future maker earlier or pick them up later? Before and after the program, our instructors’ capacities are fully focused on preparing the space and activities for your children. Therefore, we kindly ask you to adhere to the designated drop-off and pick-up times for your specific location. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for children before or after these times.
Can a grandparent or a family friend pick up my child? Safety is our priority. We will only hand over a child to the people you list during registration. If there is a change of plans, simply send a text message with instructions to the head instructor (we will share the exact format with you in advance). Most importantly, please let your child know about the change as well, so they aren’t surprised at pick-up.
Can kids leave any items on-site? Yes, kids can leave their indoor shoes, hoodies, or anything else they use during the week in our “maker space” for the duration of the camp. Ideally, we would also love it if the kids left their projects in progress with us until Friday (so we can all look at them together at the end of the week).
What about phones? Can I call my child? Kids do not use phones at our camp. We want them to take a break from passively staring at screens. If you need to reach them, you can call the head instructor at any time. Please leave gaming consoles at home, but if your child wants to bring their favorite board game or toy (at their own risk), we certainly won’t stop them.
- Program and Team
What will the kids actually take home (besides great experiences)? Our goal is for the kids to get a truly hands-on experience. They will try the basics of soldering, work with modern materials, and, most importantly, discover that making a mistake isn’t a disaster, but rather a step toward finding a solution. We design the program to perfectly connect technology with creativity.
Who will be taking care of my children? Our instructors are enthusiasts who live and breathe the maker culture themselves. They are people who know how to get kids excited about technology, while being highly responsible and caring. You can put faces to the names and check out their superpowers right here on our website.
- Discounted Spots
Do you offer a discount for siblings or friends? You won’t find a traditional sibling discount here, but we have something even better: a special offer for a plus-one! As soon as you pay for the first spot, you’ll receive a discount code from us. You can use it for your second child or pass it on to a friend your child wants to team up and create with.
