Make more s.r.o. acts as the technical operator of the website and an order broker. Make more s.r.o. is not the camp organizer and is not a contracting party in the purchase of a camp.

Camp Organizers

Day camps under the “Maker Tábor” (Maker Camp) brand are organized by the following associations:

All associations have their registered office at Partyzánská 18/23, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7.

When ordering a camp, you always conclude a contract with the specific association organizing the given session. You can find out which association is the organizer in the order form and on the tax document (invoice).

How the Ordering Process Works

Select a session: On this website, you choose a camp session (location and date).
Redirect to the form: By clicking the order button, you will be redirected to the order form within the SimpleShop.cz system (operated by Redbit s.r.o.).
Fill out details: In the form, you provide information about yourself and the child, choose a payment method, and familiarize yourself with the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the respective organizer.
Conclusion of contract: The contract is concluded at the moment the payment is made.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Each organizer (association) has its own GTC, which regulate mutual rights and obligations. In terms of content, the conditions of all three associations are identical.

The GTC include, but are not limited to:

Subject of the contract and scope of service
Pricing and payment terms
Cancellation policy and withdrawal from the contract
Participant’s code of conduct
Liability and insurance
Complaints procedure
Comprehensive information on personal data processing (GDPR)
